N 400 questions

Hi,

1)
I was in H1B ( non-immigrant) visa until my 28 years of age. So, i was not required to register with selective service system.

Do I need to get the Status Information letter from the selective service system and attach it along with my N-400 application? According to document check list (M476 guide), it is not required for non-immigrants until 26th birthday. In the eligibility worksheet, non-immigrant criteria is missed. I am confused...

2) Do I need to mention the traffic accident ( no ticket issued for accident) in the application.

The answer is "no" to both questions - you don't need to document a traffic accident and just check the "no" box on Q33 and move on to Q34.

The questions are pretty trivial,hope someone can help me :

Q 16 HAVE YOU EVER BEEN ARRESTED ,CITED OR DETAINED BY ANY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER(INCLUDING USCIS OR FORMER INS OR MILITARY OFFICER) FOR ANY REASON?
yes/no

What does the word detain mean here...does getting pulled over by a cop for speeding count?I was issued a ticket which was fought in court and it was dropped.Nothing on record.
What should my answer be for this question...Yes/NO

1. How do I mention the traffic incident? Do I need to mention it as "Cited for speeding <Range> MPH above"? I am getting "+" at the end because I couldn't accommodate the entire description.

2. If I were in outside of US during the 485 approval, do I need to include that trip for Part 7 - Question C <OR> only trips made afterwards?
