San Antonio Field Office Interview -> Oath Ceremony notice

Hello all.

We were approved at our interview 7 days ago - waiting for the oath ceremony letter now.

1. Is there anyone who has recently appeared at the San Antonio field office for an interview? Any comments on how long the wait was to receive the oath ceremony letter? And how many weeks you had between interview and ceremony?
2. We might have a family emergency that would require travel back to my home country - I was told that since the citizenship is not final until the oath ceremony, it is possible to travel outside the country on the original passport. Is this accurate?

When was your interview ? Mine was on the 13th @ San Antonio and I am still waiting for the oath ceremony letter.
