Affiliations (Part 10 Question 8 A & B)

Hi,

I am a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Chicago chapter.

Also, I am a part of my residential(community) association.

Do we need to include these for the "Affiliations" question 8 A & B?

yes - all those organizations you belong to should be declared. Some of them are to your advantage
