Hi,I was arrested on 01/2/16 for simple dui,no property damage,no child in the car,nobody injured,bac 1.5.I was accepted for pri trial program and completed successfully on 09/1/17 case dismissed, so i was never convicted.My question is when 5yeras good moral character starts day after my arrest or after completion of pri trial diversion?
