I've had a Green Card since February/2018. I just received my permanent Green Card in February/2020, I only traveled internationally for 3 weeks in between 2018/2020.

Does that mean that I can apply for Naturalization in February of 2021?

I am assuming that you have been married to a US citizen for at least 3 years? You can actually apply for naturalization 90 days before being a permanent resident for 3 years. So that would be some time in November 2020 that is the first date you can apply. (Be careful, you need to count 90 days, not 3 months.)

You may file Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, 90 calendar days before you complete your permanent residence requirement if your eligibility for naturalization is based upon being a: Permanent resident for at least 5 years; or. Permanent resident for at least 3 years if you are married to a US citizen.

As you are married to a USC since February/2018 and assuming you are still married to the same person , you should be eligible to apply on Feb, 2021.

In addition, you could apply 3 months before the 3 year anniversary and the exact date can be checked from the below site.
