Calling USCIS

Anyone tried calling USCIS lately? I heard that no matter how you ask for an agent/representative, the machine will just end the call if you insist on asking for an agent/representative.

yes, reaching them is impossible. You should try contacting them through live chat. You can request for it through Emma on USCIS website.
I called them today and the bot refused to connect me.
