We applied for naturization on March 20th together with my wife. On october 13th I wrote to USCIS to know status of our file, we both got a response on 22 october, she was scheduled for biometrics on November 16th, i was not scheduled, how is it possible that they will schedule her and not me?

It is perfectly random and is illustrative of USCIS's abject incompetence.
There is no rhyme or reason to it. If you ask em, they will say don't compare to s/o else's timeline even if it's your wife lolz. B/c they themselves have no clue. I think they are randomly picking from a pool of applicants-no joke. like using R to random draw.
