Getting to USCIS live agent

Hi,

they implanted new answering system and it’s almost impossible to go to a live agent. I am still waiting for biometric from 2/2020 and wondered if they have estimate when am I going to get it. Any idea how to get to a live agent?

Go through the check status process - I can’t remember what exactly did it but it took me five tries and over an hour. I have also heard that saying “Infopass” will get you there (wish I’d heard that before I called). Took over a week to get a call back from a Tier 2 officer.
