Hi,
My mom is 72 and a green card holder for more than 20 years. She has broke her continuous residency a couple times until 5 years ago when she compltely moved to the U.S. Past April she finally met all the necessary criteria and applied for citizenship. She is now waiting for her nterview. Is she still eligible for the 65/20 test? Again she has been a green card holder for the past 24 years.
