I was born in Canada. My mom was Canadian and my dad was in the u.s. military. The family moved to the states whene I was six months old. I've never been out of the states since and i'm now 64. I was told that a person has to declare before there 18 birthday. Is there a number I can call to find out if this was done as there is no longer any family member alive to ask?
