I got my Green card in May'2019 after my permanent resident wife applied for me. My wife got citizenship in October 2019. should I wait 5 years to apply for my citizenship or I can apply when my wife's citizenship will be 3 years?

Yes. You qualify for naturalization under the 3-year rule when you have been a permanent resident for 3 years (can file 90 days before that), you have been married to the same person for at least 3 years, and your spouse has been a citizen for at least 3 years. For you, the last condition to be met is your spouse becoming a citizen for 3 years.
Of course, you can also wait until 90 days before you have been a permanent resident for 5 years (February 2024) to apply under the 5-year rule if you want.
