Applying for citizenship as a widow.

Hello there. I am preparing to submit an application for citizenship for my father. My mother (his wife) died many years ago. It has always been his dream to become a US citizen. I am looking at the application and it is asking questions about the spouse, are we required to answer these even though she has passed? Part 10, question 1 we answered "Widow" but I honestly do not know if we need to fill out the remaining of the questions for a spouse or just enter an N/A. Thanks in advance for your help.

He has no current spouse, so Part 10 #4 would be "N/A", and #5-8 would be blank. Your mother would be the most recent prior spouse, so would go in #9.
