The whole process for me has gone surprisingly fast.

We applied initially with I-130 and I-485 in February 2018.
We received biometrics in April 2018 and AOS interview in July 2018.
Received temporary GC in mail 3 days later.

Applied to remove conditions in April 2020, and by July 2020 they had removed the conditions, waiving the interview, I just randomly received the permanent GC in the mail and the letter a couple days later.

Then applied for naturalization July 5th, 2021 and have interview in the same month.

                      Oh My Goodness
So quick, I filed my application in Kansas City in February 2021. Biometrics is waived but since then keep waiting. I don't know on what basis they are selecting for interviews, it seems like they are picking randomly. But good luck to you Tezza and share your experience.

Thank you Cricket. I will come back and share. I am really hoping that the oath ceremony can be performed on the same day (all being well). Since I have to drive 3hrs to get to the field office. Hubby also took the day off to be there with me.

I was naturalized yesterday in Buffalo. Submitted my N400 April 1st. Within a couple weeks I received the biometrics re-use letter, a couple of weeks after that was the letter for my interview.
The interview was very laid back and friendly. I wasn’t asked to show any documents although I brought a lot.
There were about 5 of us who did the interview at the same appointment time. Everyone was given the Oath ceremony immediately. Total time from walking in the door to out the door as a citizen was a little over an hour.
