Obtained LPR through employment, can I apply for citizenship through marriage?

Hi, I obtained my green card through employment on 01/30/2019, then I married my wife who is a US citizen on 11/21/2019. I have been residing in the US since 2012 (F1,H1b,LPR). Now I have 2 questions and will appreciate your comments and answers:
1: Can I apply based on my marriage after 3 years? or since my LPR was initiated as an employment base I should wait 5 years
2: if the answer to the first question is YES, do you guys recommend starting the early process and applying 90 days before the 3 years or just wait for 3 years anniversary?
