Hi, I submitted my N400 in July 2021 and received the interview notice in February 2022. I passed the interview in Newark NJ in early April 2022. The IO gave me a sheet saying that I passed the interview and they need some additional evidence from me. The IO told me that the RFE detail will be sent to my home very soon. However, it has been over 120 days and I still have not received anything from USCIS, and the online case status is still "Interview Was Scheduled". I called USCIS 44 days ago and they created a case. After about 20 days I received an email from them saying that it is within normal processing time. Can anyone please help me on what I should to next to expedite the process? Thanks so much!

Call us six say info pass and state that it has been 120 days and ask for a tier 2 officer to call you. When the officer calls you, tell him you are preparing an administrative procedures lawsuit to move your case to federal court and so USCIS should schedule your oath since that costs USCIS less money
