Hello, I got my GC (EB1C - Employment based) on Nov 2, 2017. As per the USCIS site, I am eligible for early filing. I have the below question if someone could please help me out:
1) Is their any recommendation on whether to file early or wait it out? If I file early, will my application date be the date I filed, or will it be still considered Nov 2, 2022 (when I complete my 5 years)?
2) I recently got laid off, will that have an impact on my N-400? I do plan on taking another job, but I don't know how long will it take to get it.
3) I am in Dallas area, and might move after 3-4 months (within Dallas). Will that reset my application date?
4) Does moving out of state at any point reset your application date?
5) I am currently going through a divorce, might take a few months to finalize, will that impact my N400 application?
