File N400 after separation a month.

Hi all. I filled N400 family base 3 years rule after living together 4 years, got greencard 3 years 3 months. I filled i751 for 16 months and case is transferred to new FO after I applied N400, and still pending. The problem is we are separated a month before I filled N400, and im pending divorce. My N400 showing actively being reviewed and estimates time for decision is 8 months. What will happen if we are still married until interview? Am I eligible for N400 when filling after separated a month ? We have a minor child together. I know if my divorce go through before the interview then I have to wait until 4y9m to reapply.
