Filing N400 from abroad????

Hello,
One of my family member is currently visiting India and is expected to be there for 3-4 months. He is eligible to file for citizenship. Can he send his application from India??

No

One can only file an N-400 from abroad if they are in the U.S. Military or Stationed abroad by the U.S. Governemnt or married to someone who is one of those.
