I have no updates.Never heard back anything after Fingerprinting long back on 24th Nov .

Status online is the same.

How can I find out the status of the Finger Printing?Where to call to check when were FP results sent out to USCIS.

Any inputs would be appreciated.

Processing time

My application is being processed by Texas Center. Nov 8, 2010 was the letter issued for FP on Nov 24, 2010. Haven't heard anything since or change in online status. A friend of mine living in my city got his interview letter within 4 weeks of FP back in August 2010. I think because of thanksgiving on 25th Nov and now the Christmas holidays, progress on cases is slow. Hopefully normal processing will resume after holidays. Good luck to all.

Fingerprinted 24th Nov .

I have got my interview letter which is schedule on Jan 25th 2010.

Does your online status show the change of status? (your case has been transferred to your local office).

Just wondering if I should stay around to keep an eye on mail.

My online staus was already changed when I had received the yellow letter (pre interview letter).

My worries is that I may not participate in oath as My 5 year will be not completed until interview date. Do I have to wait for the oath if I pass the interview or I can still get the naturalisation before 5 year mark.

I don't think there's anything to worry about you being interviewed before the 5 year mark.Many district offices do send out oath letters within a month (if they don't have an option of having oath the same day).Depends on how many applicants are naturalised.

Take one step at a time.It will be ok.

did u receive your letter yet ? is it a interview letter or Y/L ? i received my Y/L on jan 7th 2010, asking to bring DL or state id at the interview, waiting for interview letter now, just wondering about your letter, because our FP date is a week difference, thanks

Yes I did receive my interview letter (no yellow letters received ).Interview is scheduled for 1st Feb.I received the letter around 4th Jan 2010.
