  • 113 days since my N-400 interview and no update

As I had the I- 751 pending, the officer said he needed this process first to approve my citizenship. Last update was 458 days ago (fingerprint were taken). USCIS has 120 days from the date of the initial naturalization interview to issue a decision. What can I expect for the next few days and how should I proceed?
Adjusting from B-2, married to USC, Hialeah, FL

    I-485, I-130, I-131 and I-765

10/11 - Package delivered to PO Box (PD)
10/16 - Fingerprint fee was received
    10/19 - 4 texts received
    10/22 - 4 NOAs in mailbox
11/05 - Biometrics done walk in.

Can you please let me know if the i751 waiver you applied ? because I applied for an i751 waiver in Feb 2019 and my i751 interview was done in March 2021 last update as same as yours (Fingerprints were taken) I applied for n400 and received an interview notice. Can you please let me know when you went for the N400 interview it was just for the N400 questions like civic, reading, and writing or did the officer ask you the question about your i751 interview kind of like that as well?

The week of the N-400 interview I received a letter from the USCIS asking me to take my wife with me as the two interviews (751 and 400) would be done together.

The officer did the complete N-400 interview and said that I answered everything correctly but that he couldn't approve me at the moment because he didn't have the I-751 process with him.

Most of the cases I followed on forums took about 40 days to resolve. Mine is almost at 120 days.

Our situations differ in that you're still married while I've already filed for an i751 waiver after getting a divorce. I thought my case was unique in terms of the length of time it's taking, as it has been over 4 years since I filed the waiver and 2 years since the interview without any updates. Fortunately, I recently received news that my n400 interview has been scheduled. I'm hoping that this time around, I won't have to go through the same line of questioning as I did during my i751 interview.
