  • N400 interview notice question

For those with pending I-751, when N-400 interview was scheduled, did the letter specifically specify coming with your spouse because it should be a combo interview or was it addressed to only you, but you just went along with your spouse?
If it the letter was for the applicant and you did just go along with spouse because of pending I-751, was there issue with security allowing spouse in?

I would definitely take your spouse with you and in the unlikely event that security challenges you about bringing your spouse say you also have a pending I-751 interview. If they still refuse then have your spouse wait outside the building incase they are needed.

Some people here who had a n400 interview with a pending I-751 had to reschedule the I-751 interview part as their spouse was not with them, which delayed the N400 part.

The worse case scenario by bringing your spouse is that they are not needed and end up just waiting in the waiting area!

    Hope this helps
