I got my Green card in Jan 2008. I have been traveling to India every year and staying there for 5 to 51/2 months every time. I want to know if I meet the resident status till now. When can I apply for citterizenship?
I have funds in my Bank account in India but I dont have any in US. Will I be able to getlsupplement social security pyments and Free Medicare in Washington state after 2013. If not what medical Insurance can I take? Paying Medicare premium will be beyond my reach.
