My husband's I-751 (Removal of Conditions for Permanent Residency) application is still pending, but soon he'll be able to submit his N-400 (Application for Naturalization). Will the USCIS official who reviews his N-400 application be able to pull his I-751 file (application and marriage proofs) to be used as evidence for his N-400 as well? I'm guessing not and that we'll have to re-submit everything, but just want to be sure. Thank you!

I did my n400 on 8/28 and I had a pending i751 since 2021. I resubmitted everything for n400 and it was a combo interview where she had all the documents in front of her from both cases. She still asked me for documents that has changed and updated from both cases. Thank God I took everything all over again. I gave everything because I did not want an RFE. The only thing I did not have was tax transcripts even though I had the regular taxes. She preferred the transcripts and asked me upload it into my n400 online. I did that about after an hour and was approved. I am in line for oath ceremony. I will say submit too much than too small. I hope this helps. -

Yes I did. And she asked for updated documents during the combo interview which I gave her again. I see it was different for others. Some did not need extra documentation, but from my experience, ensuring I had all payed off. My i751 was approved today. N400 approved yesterday 08/28. Good luck. 🍀Comment
