Hi All,
My wife will be filing for her citizenship in Dec under the "married to US citizen" path. She got her green card in 2019, and I got my citizenship in Dec 2020. We were in our home country during the pandemic to help with our parents from Oct 2021 to March 2022 (167 days), in the US for one week, and again out from March 2022 to June 2022 (104 days). From Sept 1st 2021 to July 28th 2022 we were saying at our brothers house (but we didn't have a lease or any agreement). This address is on our licenses, tax returns, my pay checks (I continued to work for my US company uninterrupted during this entire time). My wife was unemployed.
I will be using my brothers address in the form for the physical address. I am trying to make sure that I have all the evidence to show that this was actually my residence given I don't have a lease agreement. Should I get a letter from my brother? anything else that will help. Does the documents I mentioned above help?
Thanks
