I have been trying for past few months to reschedule US embassy Consulate appointment for my parents GC. They (parents) could not make it to the scheduled dates of July and August. I tried calling and rescheduling as mentioned through U.S. Consulate General Mumbai, India - BMB (state.gov) at customer [email protected], but unfortunately, they gave me biometric appointment only and did not reschedule US embassy Consulate appointment. I am trying to find the process to reschedule the appointment. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
