Hello All,
I need help/suggestions with the below 2 questions.
1. I have been married to my wife for over 3 years now and now I am filling N400 form application for naturalization. I married my wife twice (The first time in Court and the second time in a religious marriage). However, I obtained marriage certificates when we married in court. My question is, do I need to answer 1 or 2 for the "How many times have you been married" question?
Item Number 7. Spouse’s Marriages. Your response should include your spouse’s current marriage, any marriages before or during your spouse’s current marriage, marriages in the United States, marriages in other countries, annulled marriages, civil marriages, and customary or religious marriages whether or not the marriage was registered with a government.
2. I received my first conditional green card in 2021 which has expired now, but I have I751 Petition to remove condition receipts to remove a condition from my GC. Is it ok to apply for N400 now while my I751 is in process or should I wait for my I751 result? I have read mixed stories on the other pages regarding this.
TIA,
