Hello, I’m trying to apply for a citizenship for my baby which was born outside of USA and still resides in a foreign country, anyone knows the process and where to start? Please share your experience thank you!

Are one or both of the parents US citizens, who met the requirements to transmit US citizenship at birth to a child born abroad? If so, the child is already a US citizen, and doesn't need to "apply for" it. You can apply for a CRBA and a USA passport for the child.
