I am married to a US citizen. April 2011 will make 3yrs since I'm a permanent resident. I am a stay at home mom and has never worked since I came to the US but we file our taxes Married filing jointly every year. I need to know if I'm eligible to get naturalize.

I don't see why not... what's the date under "Resident Since" on your green card?

You can apply for a citizenship in April since you said its going to be 3 years from when you got your green card. it doesnt matter you did not work as long as you filed tax return with your spouse for the past 3 years you are good to go
I have my interview scheduled in February have my green card 3 years and i didnt work the first year i got it but still filed tax return with my husband and i didnt have any problems so far
