Technical Difficulty for Form N-600 - No Section to upload "physical custody" appears

Hi all,



Context - INA § 320 USC as a "biological child of a U.S. citizen parent" trying to fill out USCIS Form N-600 via the online portal.



However, I am unable to submit evidence of my "U.S. citizen parent's proof of legal or physical custody", although it is REQUIRED to do so in my case as in the sidebar under "Evidence", there simply is no section named as such that is made visible in the user interface.



I have uploaded how it looks like for me.



I am unable to proceed onto uploading that specific piece of evidence. Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, what was your solution?

Granny Game
I have filed my N-400 online before and found that sometimes the system only shows items based on how you answered the initial questions. It is possible that if you select a small item incorrectly, it will hide the custody upload section. I had to delete and start over once before the necessary item appeared. I recommend you check each declaration question.
