Help - Applied for USA passport with no date of birth for parents

hi,

I was born in US and I went to apply for US passport at post office and I didnt FILL my parents Date of Birth information in the DS-11 form which I filled there at post office because of my adapted parents whom I am not in touch with at all for years. I did fill up my adapted parents name and submitted my US date of birth certificate which has adopted parents name on it with application, Adapted parents are also born in US and US citizen.

is it going to be an issue for rejection of application?

i checked other reddit threads, some are saying that its going to be an issue, some are saying its okay.
