N400 Form - Evidence

Greetings,

For N-400 form when married to US citizen, there are evidences required that are clearly listed on USCIS website. I have listed them below.

• Continuous Residence and physical presence documentation for the last 3 years if you have taken any trips outside the United States during the last 3 years that lasted more than 6 months but less than 1 year. Evidence may include, but is not limited to:
  • Rent or mortgage statements, or pay statements;
  • Bank, credit card, or loan statements showing regular transactions;
  • Proof of car registration and insurance;
  • Your passport showing entry and exit stamps;
  • IRS tax transcripts; and
  • Any other document that shows that you maintained your residence in the United States.
• A copy of your marriage certificate;
• Evidence of U.S. citizenship for spouse for the last 3 years, generally a copy of your spouse’s:
  • U.S. birth certificate;
  • Certificate of Naturalization;
  • Certificate of Citizenship;
  • Biographical page of their current U.S. passport; or
  • Report of Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the United States of America (Form FS-240).

ARE THE DOCUMENTS LISTED ABOVE ENOUGH OR IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE THAT NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED FOR EVIDENCE?

Hi,
Its more enough. But i am suggesting for additional supporting evidence to strength your petition.
1. Joint property documents if anything
2. Joint bank account, if any
3. Joint Health Insurance
4. Birth certificate of children showing both parents name
5. Affidavit from your friends or relatives that you both are married couples
6. joint photos
