Just to understand your problem, you are saying that your I-9 with your employer/contract agency shows you as permanent resident (greencard holder) but you signed a paper by mistake at your temporary workplace stating that you are a citizen? What type of paper was that? Also I-9? Or some other IRS document?

Was this temporary workplace a government agency or a contractor for a government agency? If yes, it might be that the work you performed required US citizenship. Hopefully it did not require US citizenship and permanent residency was enough. I think you need to clarify this with that temporary workplace. If permanent residency was enough and there was a misunderstanding in the documentation and they showed you as a US citizen, you can get a letter from them stating that there was an error. This letter would be evidence that there was an error if this issue comes during your interview at USCIS. However, if the work you did at this temporary workplace required US citizenship and they said that you were a US citizen, then I would suggest that you talk to an immigration lawyer and explain your situation.

            Thanks TR2USA

It is a government hospital but lots of other people who work thru same agency are permanent resident working with me because we are employee of outside agency they count us as registry employee not federal employee(u must be citizen to be federal employee . I will check with hospital what is my legal status in there system . I also volunteer in research with same hospital has accepted me as PR . I have never claim my self citizen on any of their paper work LOOK LIKE AGENCY IS MISGUIDING EVERYONE . Really need to check this . even if agency claim us citizen hospital must want to see proof of that . I hope ERROR paperwork will be enough for uscis if ever issue came . AFTER CHECKING WITH HOSPITAL AM GOING TO TALK WITH A IMMIGRATION LAWYER .
once again thanks for this discussion .

Glad to hear. Once you correct the paperwork and get some sort of supporting letter that the error has been fixed you should have peace of mind. Good luck with your naturalization process!
