help question on passport

Hi every one,
This website has been really helpful for me..

I have a question..
I have an interview on May 12 2011, but my passport is expired from 2006!!!
I got the yellow letter with the address and date of interview
and that i need to bring with me my
GC, ID and passport
Should I renew my passport??? before the interview???

As far as I know you do not have to renew it. I assume you did not travel after 2006, so you should be fine but you need to take the expired passport with you to the interview. They will just check your travel dates based on your entry/exit stamps in your passport.
