just want to ask help regarding to my nephew & nice. the husband of my sister is a us citizen and my sister is a filipino. what is the nationality of there children?

Were the children born in the Philippines? Were they registered with the U.S. Embassy or Consulate there?

Whatever they choose to be! They can American or Filipino, or Both! One thing I am sure about is: if the kids were not born in USA, the parents have to apply through immigration with no problem. I don't know how it works on the filipino side! Good luck.
