PIO New Born - Documents

Hi,

To apply for my new born baby's PIO card at Travisa Outsourcing website the process requires passport copies of parents along with the domicile certificate to prove the parent's id.

I was wondering how can I get domicile certificate or if I can produce my CBSE School Certificate.

Pl. advice.
