Hi,
In my N400 application I had marked yes for being cited/arrested because I had received 4 tickets I had received in the past years for speeding, driving without insurance, traffic violation, fixit ticket. Two tickets were in the last 4 years and 2 were from 2000 and 2001.
Now I have my interview in a couple of weeks and I received a letter in mail saying to bring details for all the times I have been arrested (makes me wonder if I should not have mentioned those 4 traffic citations). I don’t have all the papers for all the 4 tickets just the last one. I went to the county office and got a letter from the County Clerk stating that I had cleared the 2 tickets for the last 4 years. But they don’t have any details for the tickets from 2000 and 2001 because their data only goes as far as 2005. I don’t have any papers on the tickets from 2000 and 2001 either.
So what should I show to the interviewer when he asks on the tickets from 2000 and 20001? Any feedback or suggestions. Look forward to hearing from the experts here.
Thanks,
Dean.
