My husband is working as a US contractor for PAE in Afghanistan. I was reading a lot about this 319 (b), but so far nothing has really answered the question I have in mind. My question is, will I be eligible for this INA sec if I am going to live in a nearby city like Dubai. It's just that It's too risky for me and my newborn son to live in a war zone (and I think the US Gov't does not allow family members to stay in that country), so we are thinking if we live in a closer city we get to see my husband every weekend.
