US Naturalization
Originally posted by nwctzn View PostNo, you do not need to write that address. You maintained your US address while you were abroad, right? Assuming yes, write your US address.
I am new to this forum n need advice on US naturalization. My father lived in USA and have green card since Jan 1999 but due to his health issues since 2008, he is living his home country but visit USA every year for couple of moths and submit his tax return and pay tax as well. he is 62 years old. Can he apply for US passport now as he is not meeting the 30 month continuous physical presence requirement. or is there any exemption due to his health issues.
I will be grateful if I can get some expert opinion o this.
thanks
soni
