Filling up N-400 Form - Questions

I have the following questions:

Part 6.B
Early this year, the company that I am working since 11 years ago changed the name. But my paycheck still showing the previous company name. Should I make any clarification in the form about this or just show the previous name?.

Part 10.D.15.16.17.18:
What should I mark it up If I have a Parking violation (car inspection was expired) and I was cited to a court by the police officer?.

I think it is OK if you go with the previous name. Or, if the space permits, you could write "company new name / company old name", but it looks like it is really not that much important.

Since you were cited you need to answer 10.D.16 as YES; for the other ones it should be NO. Include a copy of the paperwork from the court showing that the ticket has been paid for. Also take that paperwork with you to the interview in case the interviewing officer asks for it. Should not be a big deal.
