Processing Time for Citizenship

I am applying for Citizenship based on 5 years of continuous stay in USA. How long each step will take till the oath ceremony, passport and OCI.

Can I apply N400 and move before I get citizenship.

Please reply, I have to move, so I am thinking of moving either before applying or after applying.

Having 5 years of continuous stay in the US will not qualify for citizenship. Did you mean you were a green card holder for 5 years?
