  • Waiting past 120 days

I had my interview in March, the officer was very rude, although I passed teh civic test I was not approved he said they will notify me.
I got a lawyer after the incident who took an info pass to try and correct some of theings the officer said.
Its been over 120 days i called to request an update and got a letter fromthe baltimore office that tehy will contact me if they need anything.
What do i do now? Take an info pass and speak to someone or just wait, wait for how long?

    Hi Ansah
Sorry I just saw your thread, anyway i believe you should make an info pass and once more, see what the reply is and I'm not trying to let you morale down but they will not have much to tell.

Keep all the documents I mean USCIS reply letters if any and the info pass copies for your records. Now wright a polite letter to the same Immigration officer who interviewed you, try to use polite and professional language. You should start by mentioning your full name and date of your interview, just remind the IO it's been more than 120 days since your interview and as of this letter you have not received any feedback back yet. Also don't to mentioned that you made a couple of calls and Info pass if you have made and that still no answer.

Don't forget to insert your complete address, DOB, A# and your case number, and hopefully it might help but it all depends on the USCIS office and workload they have.

    Wish you all the best,

    Regards
