I still have my C1/D visa, but I have since been fired from the cruise company I was working for. I did not file for the Dual C1/D B1/B2 visa originally. I am wondering now will I be able to apply for a B2 visa to the US if my C1/D has not expired yet, but I am no longer working for the cruise line? Or do I have to wait til that one expires? Seem like I shouldn't have to, since my C1/D is valid for so long. Just wanting to confirm.
