c1 transit time
Hi all,
I'm a little confused about the C1 visa I'm currently holding.
If I was to book two flight, say one from Australia to America on 1st of July, and another flight on say 10th of July to Canada, does that still count as transiting?
Because the C1 visa says 28 maximum stay, so is it alright for me to visit America during my journey to Canada, as long as I will be leaving within that 28 days?
Last time I was in LAX for less than 8 hours, so didn't really get any chance to get out of the airport, but the visa was valid for two years of multiple entry, so I thought maybe I can use it as a tourist visa??
