Expired Passport

Hi,

I have a C1D visa as I work as a musician on cruise ships and my passport recently expired however my C1D visa is still valid until 2012. Do I have to carry my old passport with me or is there a way I can transfer the Visa across. What should I do?

Carry both passports.
