Hello to whom I'm writing:
I am questioning the requirements for the C1/D Visa. I already am an American citizen Born and bread for many generations. I am in process of trying to work onboard NCL international. I have my MMD and TWIC already. Do I still need the other and how does one go about obtaining the necessary documentations? At the present I am waiting to hear back from the NCL recruiter whom first contacted me.
