C1d visa can i apply for b1b2

Hi
i am seaman from india have c1d visa however i have good travel records from last 12 years in and out in US. this is my third C1D. i wanted to apply for b1 b2 to travel US for vacation.I heard lot of rejection for b1 b2 . If i apply will they revoke my c1d or they will reject my applictaion b1b2. can they cancel both visa? Please assist
