C1D Revoked-No reason specified
When I arrived by ship as a crew in US port, I was not given landing pass & Captain of ship was given Notice to detain me as my C1D visa was revoked-No reason was specified.
After I arrived in India for my leave, I reapplied for C1D visa
On day of interview, consular officer was surprised to hear from me that my C1D visa is revoked. To convince consular officer I produced Notice of detain that ship had received in USA.
I was further interviewed on other two windows. Lastly consuler Officer said "We do not know why it is revoked, you do not know why it is revoked, but it is revoked".All doucuments including my CDC booklets were returned. Later when I checked I found my both C1D visa & B1/B2 visa were stamped and cancelled
I repplied for C1D visa again, this time it is kept on the pending status as my application has gone for administrative prosess. About two weeks have, I have yet to receive reply from consulate. Ship owners are reluctant to emply me without C1D visa as they are not sure if their vessel will touch US ports during my contract period of 6 months
