I am currently working as Internal Medicine resident on J1 clinical visa which also has the 2 year home stay rule . I am planning to apply for research fellowship position after my residency for which i need J1 research visa . What is the way to apply for j1 research visa from j1 clinical visa . Any inputs appreciated .
