Hi,
I am an Indian citizen currently residing in Toronto, Canada. I am in the Stage III of the NORI process for J1 visa holders. This process is very new to CGI, Toronto, and they have never had to issue a waiver certificate before. In order to complete my stage III, they have asked me for a specimen/sample of the waiver certificate typically issued at the end of stage III.
I request anyone who has successfully managed to get a copy of the waiver certificate from their corresponding CGI after stage III to email me a copy. I promise to ensure complete confidentiality of the document.
