J-1 visa ends in June what are my options?

Hi I'm currently on a J-1 intern ship visa which ends in June. The company(start-up) that I work for would like me to continue to work for them, I was wondering if there are any other visa options which would allow me to continue working in the U.S . I've looked into H1-B visa's but I believe that the company is to small to apply.

I attained the visa in Ireland just after graduating in May 2013.
